Kelly J. Wagoner, P.E., CPESC

Principal

Kelly has worked for over 18 years in the Civil Engineering field and joined BDG as a partner in 2014 bringing a wealth of knowledge in site development to the firm.  In his career he has managed a wide range of projects throughout the Southeast and Midwestern regions of the country.  Kelly believes in sound engineering principals while taking practical approaches in design that are sometimes lost in a highly technical professional field.  These lessons were learned through a variety of multi-tenant shopping centers, complex redevelopments, church and single tenant projects that have brought unique challenges to overcome within budget.  His role at BDG includes project management, business development, feasibility/due diligence studies, and engineer of record in BDG’s commercial retail sector projects.  He has active registrations and professional affiliations in ACEC and ICSC, and is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control among other professional certifications.
